People who are action driven, short of time and understanding, want immediate answers to their queries, and are unable to rein thoughts under pressure and as a result show certain emotions as being aggressive or saddened or depressed. Question arise, as how to handle your thoughts and emotions under such situations.

Answer could be found in Bhagvad Gita an ancient epic of Indian origin, where Lord Sri Krishna accompanying his Master archer Arjuna, explains to him, as how to handle thoughts and emotions. Arjuna was concerned and unable to raise weapons against and fight back, his own cousins and uncles in battle field, according to Mahabharata (The Epic).

Lord Krishna then explains and guides Super archer Arjuna that, hey mighty son of “Kunti” it is difficult to control this anxious and restless mind definitely, though one can rein it, by constant “practice” and “detachment”. That means just focus what you are supposed to do, at the moment and forget rest of it, then only you can achieve your goal!
