Truth is Shiva, Shiva is God, God is Beautiful!

Shiva is one of the Trinity God, also known as, The Destroyer!

Shiva is Supreme God who is the protector and who transforms the universe.

Adiyogi Shiva is representation of yoga, meditation and art of healing.

Shiva is the destroyer of impurities and shortcomings of human mind, provide peace and prepares for Moksha!

Shiva in Sanskrit means Auspicious One, other epithets of Shiva depending on His other characteristics are Shambhu, Shankar, Mahesh, Mahadev and Mahakaal. Shiva is also sometimes spelled as Siwa or Siva in Hinduism.

Chanting of Om Namah Shivaya is universal!

Anybody seeking peace, managing their stress and relief from hypertension can chant Om Namah Shivaya. This Mantra is free from all restrictions!

Shiva’s female counterpart is known as Shakti (Power)or Adishakti, who is the manifestation of all Goddess Sati, Parvati, Uma, Durga and Kali!

Shakti is the inner power, in reality it is the:

  • Power of Consciousness
  • Power of Ecstasy( emotional or religious frenzy)
  • Power of Will or Desire
  • Power of Knowledge
  • Power of Action.

Shiva and Shakti are divine couple who are the cause of bonding, between human beings and cause of spiritual awakening!

All human creations are said to have them both inside them — — Shiva and Shakti ! This is also known as the Ardhnarishwar (Half Woman) composite form of Shiva and Shakti. One can invoke one or both forms inside their beings, according to will!

Shakti is present in both, men and women it is just to recognize the creative potential within. Tune in with your inner powers to realize your true potential!

Shakti works through our brain and nervous system to provide us the feeling of separation , limitation and awakening!

Shakti may be awakened through Yoga, Meditation and other complex and vigorous practices.

Practicing and meditation with chanting Mantra (sacred syllable chanting) are best and powerful ways to experience own spiritual energy!

Sacred Beeja Mantra “Aim” also pronounced as “Ayeem” is associated with Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of Knowledge) who’s energy is associated with Creativity of speech, knowledge, music, poem and spiritual wisdom.

Sacred chant “Om Aim Saraswatayah Namah” is practiced by most musicians, poetic inclination beings and school children to invoke Goddess Saraswati before cultural recitals and start of educational , musical, poetic, linguistic abilities.
