I am always on a look out for such antique hand crafted giant doors out of curiosity and admiration, because such antique doors have rustic charm and an inherent story to share.

I came across some of these antique doors during my childhood summer and winter vacation travels to North Indian cities as Old Delhi , Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Etawah, Gwalior and forgotten countryside of West and South India. Also noticed and appreciated antique door styles of European and Australian culture.

Old vintage doors have their own rustic charm. Merely looking at them instill a sense of elegance and historic feel and the stories and drama that house or mansion have gone through.
